We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please simply contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if there’s any issues with your order.
- Get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days upon receiving your order, with a description of the item(s) you want to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange, as well as a photo of the item(s) to prove that the item(s) you have received is in its original condition.
- Our after-sales team will then start the process of the case, and send you the return shipping label if all requirements are met.
- Once received the return label, the item must be returned in its original condition, send them back to us through your local post office.
- We will process the return/exchange and initiate a full refund (excluding shipping fee) as soon as we receive your package.
- Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
- Contact us within 14 days upon receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Due to hygiene concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Lingerie, Swimwear and Earrings.
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. Items returned that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way are not accepted.
- Items returned without our knowledge might end up at the wrong place and get lost (Since we have different addresses depending on the item). Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
- We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
- Kindly note that the customer will be responsible for the postage during the return process.
- Sale items are not refundable unless you received a mis-shipped item (item shipped different from item ordered) we will be responsible for the postage in this case.
